A quick jog down to the beach was rewarded with this calm sunset.....One of a kind.

Tonight Pat and I got caught in a hailstorm, but we persevered and waited soaking-wet-freezing to get our pictures....Then we snuggled in bathrobes and drank hot coffee, which by then felt completely luxurious!

The huge earthquake hit Japan this morning, which put our whole Northwestern Coast on tsunami warning. But by tonight we were reassured, and able to appreciate this sunset....

This was taken a few nights ago, during a short break in extremely stormy weather. These bright pink clouds are delightful, spraying out from such darkness!
