The sun went down quickly, into a persistent bank of fog that is still lingering on the horizon. The pelicans are here, though, and I spent some fun time trying to photograph them. How interesting! Then, as I was leaving, (after the whole sunset went gray) the Eastern sky lit up. This is the Gold Beach harbor, with the Patterson Bridge in the distance; just beautiful.....
